The walls: Remnants! See if your local Home Depot,Lowes, or even smaller local shops that sell wallpaper.. have leftovers that they can't sell. They can hook you up with a sweet discount or sometimes if they're nice, they'll give it away!
The accent table: Thrift store! Buy a cheap wood table and paint it! Home Depot has some really amazing metallic paint.
